Having finalized plans that answer these questions is essential....do the plans have sufficient detail... elevations, existing conditions, specified fixtures, finishes, treatments, appliances, custom fabrications, lighting and irrigation?

For Rock & Rose Landscapes design clients, projects needing further detail or development is a simple internal process of communication and collaboration between Rock & Rose Designers and Estimators, but for external or unassociated project requests the discovery of the need for more information will require additional design and/or project planning input.
Whatever the missing detail, one can always return to the original design source to fulfill the missing element(s) with our recommendations; or choose to engage our Design or Project Consultation Services to complete or further develop a project plan that is both estimatable, and buildable.

This is a way for project owners and decision makers to gain early and useful project insights resulting in directional control of a project's design, enabling meaningful and informed decisions on whether to stay the course, adjust the plan, or change directions completely.

3 Project Estimate

Attaining an estimated cost to build and install a finalized plan or design with a reputable builder is a seminal moment for every project.

We provide construction estimates and bid proposals to homeowners, designers, general contractors, and authorized decision makers who present us with complete and finalized project documentation. It's important that any request for estimate comes with buildable plans including elevations and existing conditions, as well as any specified fixtures, finishes, treatments, appliances, custom fabrications, lighting, irrigation and more.
The goal is to deliver an estimate that is as comprehensive and accurate as possible, establishing trustworthy and realistic expectations -- solid ground on which to pivot from design to build.

4 Project Consultation

We consult with Designers, Architects, and General Contractors on residential remodel or general construction projects at all stages of development and, pre and post design, on projects large and small, to help plan for and develop landscape related project components.

5 Value Engineering
solutions for projects with engrained problems

We can help identify and eliminate excessive costs and possibly find ways to improve function and quality of key project elements. Value engineering is a way to optimize the function and value of a project by reviewing and considering alternative project material components and sourcing, and seasonal conditions, project budgets can be brought closer, or in line with giving surety and confidence in project costs and the means to help determine value of its comp seen the client’s initial and long-term investment in them at the best possible value.

In offering this service, we're able to help restart stalled or shelved projects, by either picking up where the project was stopped, or by helping identify and provide key missing elements necessary to move project plans to completion and closer to installation.
We can provide site evaluation and base map creation; generate missing drawings and/or construction details; help select finishes; finalize key design elements, and more.
